no good.wrong timing for the right reasons.

my first four days of denile started on wednesday.

22.08.07 cough with fever.
23.08.07 cough,flu and fever.
24.08.07 cough,flu and slight fever.
25.08.07 cough,BAD cough,slight flu.
it coulden be worst when i started to have a mild rashes on my left hand and neck.
wad exactly is happening to me?one way to find out,see a doc.but i decided to let it go on for a few more days as usual until i get better if otherwise,i'll have to see a doc definitely.

23.08.07(what a spoiler)
aunt melissa and family visited us from france.almost like once a year she would come back to singapore and visit us.everyone was busy doing the preparations a day before and the actual day.they arrived early.nearing 12pm.and unfortunately,i was still carrying the stupid "bug" with me.i wrapped some wantons.No.lots of wanton for them and they did ask for a second serving.i think they love it.good thing if not my effort will go to waste, but i know it wun.haha.but i was lying on bed for almost the rest of the day.din even talk to joachim or jonathan.felt really bad.except for flora who could even make a dead person alive.i was trying to get some rest but on and off she will jump on my bed and start asking me questions about com games(she was playing com games in my parents rm).she's very talkative but adorable.very out-going.so in the end i guess i almost diden close my eyes for even at least 15mins.it was more like im just slouching on my parents bed.my parents chatted with the adults.while joachim and jonathan were trying to entertain themselves with our rabbits and tv.what else can there be.nvm.they left about 4.30pm.and we took a group pic for memorial to see how much we have change the next time they visit us.that would be next year i hope.

thanks for visiting our us,i hope you don blame me for being a lousy host.

(:

24.08.07(is still around)
was still ill.diden turn for the better in fact.notice i got rashes on my left hand when i was reading newspaper.got kinda scared.diden noe what that would mean.told my dad, tell me not to worry.just some rashes.my maid told me maybe allergy.im having all kinds of speculations that i diden want to think much too as i was about to head down to Bishan Park Sec for my O lvl oral soon after that.nevertheless,my dad applied some cream on my hand.tried not to think about it but it still kinda affected me abit.i was pretty conscious whether people will start giving me wierd stares when they saw my rash but i tot it was pretty mild so i just try to hide my hand.it works.all i have to do next was to wait for my turn and take the oral.then quickly scram home and hide myself under the covers.haha.no that's to dramatic.but luckily i was the 2nd candidate of the day.God was with me.i diden had to wait for so long.haha.better still the oral topic was kinda like on culinary and cooking.is as if it was all God's plan for me.however,i was coughin almost throughout the reading passage la.Whatever it is i just hope i'll pass my oral well.

p.s:
Pray i can make it to church without any problems and able to attend mr with much excitement tml.taduh.

mine and hershey's first time(:

bout 1 am dis morning,my 4 mths rabbit gave birth to 4 lil babies.was kinda petrified.went to her cage to take a look at her as her apptite wasnt that good and she was being very agressive yesterday, biting the curtains, towel practically any cloth that she could find, she'll bite.but i was in a shock when i saw something black and round.[im typing now with my hair standing.]i quickly called my sis i don even dare to take a closer look.it totally freaked me out.i tot her shit has double,no triple the size of her usually choc-raisin size shit.den my sis exclaimed"jie jie i tink she gave birth...is the baby"i was having mixed feeling.happy but still scared at the same time.but it diden end there.hershey was still busy going up and down to build hay nest for her child.and then there were 4 babies.she was still making the hay until the wee hours.my sis and i decided to sleep outside the living room area just to keep watch of them in case any thing happens.but hershey rested few hours later.hershey really touched my heart with her motherly behaviour and just to see the babies finally out was such an achievement(:

what more can i ask for???

yesterday was prolly the best outcome i received from the barclays and montreal.
the opening season wasn't that good for Chelsea as they are without terry which meant that their defensive side wasnt that impressve as a result Chelsea let in 2 goals to Birmingham but Chelsea got back time and time and ended the match with 3-0.Is a win!scored by malouda, pizarro and essien.the best part was Man U drawn against Reading.haha.i was standing in front of the screen in the dying seconds hoping that Man U will not score and it did not.i was laughing my ass out as i made a bet with my dad too that Man U will not score.
Then my joy diden end here,i stayed up late to watch the finals at montreal.Awesome match.it was a close fight between Roger and Novak.it went into tiebreaker twice.but Novak got both of it.Novak forehand was almost formidable and he had the right attitude towards the game allowing him to capture his second ATP Masters Series shield of the year with a 7-6(2), 2-6, 7-6(2) championship victory over Roger Federer.winning the world no.1 must have been his proudest win of his career.

funny and entertaining speech he made.
Well done Novak!You're the best!
that host must be a total idiot to say Novak is from Croatia.he's from Serbia!coulden he even get a simple thing right.gosh!sack that guy.

crash to bed at 5am in the morning with a smile on my face.
i almost had the best weekend.thx guys!!!i went cloud nine!

is worth it!

decided to go church today.woke up at 7.30 so i can still get a glimpse of Novak.and was happy to see he got the first set but i coulden watch till the end as i was running late for church.so i get my bro to report the scores to me.haha.

Serb Novak “Nole” Djokovic proved to sceptics that he is by far the most improved player of 2007 by breaking the Montreal invincibility of Spaniard Rafael Nadal thanks to a spectacular 7-5, 6-3 win Saturday night in the semifinals of the Rogers Cup presented by National Bank.
Nadal, who has won nine straight matches in Montreal since 2005, was never able to set his rhythm against the powerful server. Not only did Djokovic win 80 per cent of the points off his first serve, but he also broke his illustrious opponent twice thanks to his top-quality counter attacks.
The first set wasn’t decided until the 11th game, when the Serb took advantage of the chances he had to break his rival’s serve while at the same time, preventing Nadal from converting his break points.
In the second set, Djokovic came from down 0-40 in the fifth game to stay even with Nadal until the eighth game, when he converted a break point to take a 5-3 lead and serve out the match.
Overall, the Serb saved eight break points during the match, while Nadal only managed to stave off two of four. At the same time, Djokovic hit 11 aces compared to just two for the three-time French Open champion.
The match, one of the hottest of the tournament, lasted 1 hour and 50 minutes and allowed Djokovic to defeat Nadal for the second time this year, both times on hard court. He beat the Spaniard in Miami earlier this year.
“Nole” will take on the formidable Swiss Roger Federer in the finals of the Tennis Masters Series Canada. Federer, who has only been broken once this week, remains the logical favourite since he holds a 4-0 record against the Serb. But Djokovic is playing with so much confidence that Federer will have to arm his best weapons in order to take home his 50th career title.

haha.look who's playing in the finals.

:D

Novak through the semis!!!

Djokovic claims latest scalp! Against Nadal in Montreal semis!

Serbia's Novak Djokovic continued his magnificent season beating former world number one Andy Roddick 7:6 (7:4), 6:4 to reach the semi-finals of the Canada Masters in Montreal.

The recent Washington Classic champion Roddick looked like the stronger of the two players during an early stalemate, earning repeated chances to break serve though failing to convert. But the 20-year-old Djokovic, a semi-finalist at both the French Open and Wimbledon earlier this year, claimed the first break of the match in the 11th game of the opener thanks to back-to-back winners.

He then immediately handed Roddick the break-back with a double-fault on break point, however, to allow the first set to reach a tie-break.But Djokovic, who had won 20 of 24 tie-breaks this season coming into this match, came back from a mini-break down before taking the breaker 7:4 with back-to-back service winners.

In the second set the third seeded Djokovic completely imposed on his service games, racking up 13 aces.

While the Serbian's serve never looked under threat, Roddick struggled repeatedly complaining to umpire Gerry Armstrong over line calls and appealing to Hawk-Eye on a number of occasions. While Roddick seemed distracted, the 20-year-old Miami Masters champion maintained his focus closing out the match with a break of serve thanks to some typically gorgeous backhand passes.

Djokovic will next face world number two Rafael Nadal, who eliminated Frank Dancevic in three sets.

p.s should i skip church?

Results for Man United vs Chelsea Community Shield match:1(giggs)-1(malouda)
Penalty-Kicks:Man United won 3-0 Chelsea.

Although they lost, but funny how i diden feel as sad as i usually do.maybe is because i always have the thinking that when jt is not kicking, chelsea have a higher probability of losing.okayy,nonsense.haha.but jt is really hot man.he's body language just shows how good of a personality he has.kind,charasmatic,caring,down-to-earth,full of love.a worthy captain for chelsea and England.Despite losing the match in penalties,i still think they did well for the whole 90min match.knowing the fact that the team wasnt a first team as there were many key players injured.but i cannot deny that i was kinda disappointed too.all three penalty-takers,pizzaro,lamps and swp missed the penalty kicks resulting a win for man united.like wth.but still is just a curtain-raiser and guess what my dad said to me after the match?"the club that wins the Community Shield will not get the League Cup,thats according to the records over 50 years"haha.how soothing to the ears.that why chelsea diden win the League Cup last year as they gotten the Community Shield.
Bad news: jt will be out for 4 weeks when the season starts due to a knee injury.he's also likely to miss the match against Germany.Ooo no....

):

get well soon jt.

How true is it?

Do you keep falling for jerks?

By Evan Marc Katz and Linda Holmes
Repeat this to yourself one thousand times:
Screwed-up people are not more interesting than people with their heads together. Baggage is not fascinating, romantic, or exciting. It is very, very tiring. Men who are polite and emotionally mature are hot. Learn it, love it, live by it.
For whatever reason, there are a surprising number of women who are attracted to guys who can’t commit, who can’t relate, who can’t get along with anyone, who can’t tell the truth… these guys get a lot of action. It’s not that women really want jerks, exactly. I think it’s a matter of mistaking emotional clutter for emotional complexity.
Here’s an analogy: Imagine a messy apartment. You walk in, you survey your surroundings, and there’s an incredible quantity of stuff lying around. Books in tall stacks, Chinese food containers in the corners, DVDs in and out of boxes scattered around the TV… the place is in chaos. And while you wouldn’t really want to live there, there might be some part of you that would look around and grudgingly admit, “There’s a lot going on here.” Now, imagine the same apartment, once somebody has managed to get it cleaned up. The books are on the shelves, the trash is thrown away, the DVDs are alphabetized. This is a much nicer place to live. But it’s a little… you know, boring. And that’s in spite of the fact that the same books are being read, the same food is being eaten, and the same DVDs are being watched. You’re just in the presence of a person who knows how to clean up after himself. I think that for a lot of women, guys in turmoil seem strangely fascinating, as if they are, by definition, more interesting than everyone else. There’s more of that clutter, so there’s more going on, and there’s more to sink your teeth into, and there’s maybe even more emotional depth to such a person. Something about the guys who are emotionally mature. The ranks of the healthy and rational include plenty of guys who have been in rehab, or been divorced, or seen their parents’ marriages end horribly, or had their own dreams thwarted in some ugly way—all the things that creeps are fond of waving around as explanations for why they lie or cheat on you or generally continue to be creeps. The difference is that the healthy and rational people have at least undertaken the process of digesting all of that stuff and placing it in some sort of perspective so that it doesn’t have to become your problem. They know from suffering, just as much as the ones who sit around brooding into their beers and writing free verse and dragging everyone else into their little theater of agony. The sane ones are still working on their crap, too—who isn’t? The difference is that they’re not fetishizing their own misery or asking you to embrace it. And that’s a benefit to you, because the only thing you can guarantee yourself about that kind of hair-pulling drama is that if you cuddle up next to it, it’ll get on you. You’re going to get plenty of emotional complications from anyone. Even people who have their lives very well pulled together are going to give you lots of opportunities to practice patience and understanding. There’s no point in starting out with someone who isn’t even trying.
Many intelligent women prefer men with emotional complexities, even if it means that he can be verbally abusive, inaccessible, and generally loonier than Courtney Love on a bender.
Could you ever picture a man saying out loud, “There’s something that’s just so mysterious about her. Sometimes I look in her eyes and I feel like she totally understands me, and other times, I have no idea what she’s thinking. She runs really hot and cold but I can’t get enough of her. I think I’m going to stick around until I can crack her shell. One day she’ll learn to be more emotionally available and loving.”
Tolerance for female ambivalence is not a stereotypically male attribute. This isn’t at all to castigate women, as much as it is to acknowledge that women see more nuance in every scenario, so it’s no surprise that they give undeserving men the benefit of the doubt. But what for? Hasn’t every woman since the beginning of time had a thing for jerks and realized at some point that jerks were always going to be jerks? I was the nice guy in high school who enjoyed being friends with cute girls who wouldn’t go out with me in a million years. I figured, “If that’s as close as I can get, I’ll take it. Maybe one day they’ll realize what I’m worth.” I would listen to boy problems galore — essentially, nice girls being treated badly by jerks — and not once did any of these girls ever say: “Hmm, Evan’s a great guy with a really kick-ass mullet. I’ll bet he’d be a wonderful boyfriend.” But it’s not simply the rejection of the nice guy that’s keeping so many women single. It’s the acceptance of the screwed-up guy. Because screwed-up guys draw screwed-up women into a whole Misery Loves Company episode of Love Connection—where both parties are brought together not by the audience but by their insecurities and inadequacies. All that “You can’t love anyone until you love yourself” stuff? So true. And if you’re choosing to date guys with major issues, you’re just as guilty as he is.
Yes, everybody’s got issues, but not necessarily deal-breaker-type issues. Which is why women often say they’re seeking men who can fit their baggage in a carry-on. Unfortunately, there are lot of men who try to sneak a 75-pound trunk onto the plane and protest that it has wheels so it’s technically a carry-on. Women with issues are the ones who choose these guys. Women who have their act together simply don’t have the patience. Admittedly, there are a few people who probably enjoy the histrionics and the moods and the make-up sex that come with dating drama kings and queens. But I’d bet that most are just willing to tolerate the drama, because, thus far, that drama comes attached to the “best” person they could find. Essentially, they’re saying, “Yeah, he’s inconsistent, selfish, and distant, but he’s all mine.” Just realize that every second you’re spending with the wrong guy is a second that you’re not out looking for the right one — the guy who gives, the guy who listens, the guy who learns.

BOOM!BROOM!ZOOM!

haven got a chance to grab hold of the com since tues.my dad been hogging the com because of his shares.seems like there's a real stock crises out there.ask him what happened,"US there got one company close down, declare bankrupt."ya so?that co. bankrupt their problem what.why is it affecting the shares too?"all the stock buyers kiasu sell all the shares, and i have to keep a close watch"...no idea what's going on in the shares world.anyhow, yea i finally got hold of the com today. 31.07.07[last day of july!!!]
woke up with a "time-bomb" in my head.is like a long stetch of torturing-squeezing-pain-exploding-ANYTIME.so i tried to detonate the"bomb" by hitting my head continuously, using my palm of course, and the pain slowly faded away.

met the girls at about 3pm.Yea,i was late but with a reasonable reason kayy.Unfortunately,i got the blame for bringing their mood down.Ooo please....*ahem ahem* like wth, singapore is tiny but at the very least is still big enough to walk or shop elsewhere at orchard besides FAR EAST?!? omigoshhh....*ahem ahem*

started thinking where to go?Orchard is like Singapore's shopping paradise.i guess everyone were like thinking no-where-to-shop-but-Orchard-the-best-to-shop.so we stayed on at Orchard.got really kinda bored cox they were not much in the mood.so we brought in the "mood-raiser" in the toilet.haha.

vane sure knows the meaning of "qiang jing tou"

home sweet home till our next outing again.
